Who we are

This website is operated by Decimitry Sciences Inc. (2 Wisconsin Circle, Suite 700, Chevy Chase, MD 20815, USA) and Decimitry Research UK Limited (Company No. 16325992, Oxford, United Kingdom), together "Decimitry". For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at hello@decimitry.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message.

For security and spam protection, our infrastructure providers process limited technical data: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, keeps standard server logs, and Cloudflare Turnstile may process your IP address to distinguish people from bots. We do not see or store that data ourselves.

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered by email to hello@decimitry.com and used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use advertising trackers or cookies on this site. Any analytics we run are cookieless and aggregate; they cannot identify you.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any relationship that follows from it. If you would like your messages deleted, ask and we will do so.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you rights over your personal data, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. To exercise any of them, email hello@decimitry.com. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority; in the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
